Job Description

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  2. Monitoring project schedules to achieve key milestones.
  3. Maintaining a high level of compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  4. Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders and resolving on-site challenges.
  5. Focusing on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience supervising commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new builds.
  • A trade background and strong understanding of on-site processes and timelines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport and motivate teams.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS standards and compliance.
  • Able to think critically and remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using project tools like Procore, MS Project, or similar software.
