The Role

In this opportunity, your role will work between being a first point of contact for visitors and clients coming into the branch, directing phone inquiries to the most appropriate contact and general administration supporting the Sales and Operations team to create efficiencies in the office.

  • Process customer purchase orders.
  • Process sales - credit card transactions.
  • Liaise with customers and generate quotations.
  • Filing.
  • Adhoc administration duties – including ordering office supplies.
  • Service administration, organising stock transfers, assisting with customer bookings.
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will meet and greet customers as they visit, ensuring a welcoming first impression. You will work with incoming calls to problem solve or direct their call to the most relevant point of contact in a friendly and consistent manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A positive team orientated attitude, with a willingness to help others.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone.
  • Intermediate MS office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ideally 2-3 years in an office like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service.
  • Current drivers licence Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software – highly desirable.
