Field Service Supervisor

This role is a high-level supervisory position that oversees the tasks of all supervisors and tradespeople involved in Field Service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing direction to team members to ensure effective utilisation of labour and resources
    • Coordinating field service technicians on a daily basis to meet customer needs
    • Processing and responding to warranty claims in accordance with company processes
    • Developing and training field service personnel to improve their skills and knowledge
    • Communicating effectively with all business lines to provide a consistent service to customers
    • Conducting site visits as required to maintain strong relationships with customers
    • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reporting

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a local resident with previous experience in a mechanical workshop environment, coupled with trade qualifications and a minimum of 5 years post-trade experience. A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business would be advantageous but not essential.

They will have a strong focus on EHS management and a drive to achieve company targets and goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer expectations are met.
