At DME, we invest in our people, providing the latest tools, technology, and development opportunities, making us a top choice for trades professionals.At DME Engineering Services, we are committed to long-term partnerships built on trust, quality workmanship, and responsive support.For more information, visit our website: OpportunityDME Engineering Services Australia is looking for multiple full-time Mechanical Fitters based in Tumut, NSW.You will form part of a high-performing maintenance team that supports demanding site operations.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valvesPerforming bearing changes and mechanical fault diagnosticsRoutine inspections and preventative maintenanceServicing gearboxes and rotating equipmentWorking collaboratively with team members to execute tasks safely and efficientlyAbout YouTo qualify, you will need trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting and have previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably with valves, pumps, gearboxes, or similar mechanical systems.Although not essential, the following tickets are highly regarded:Forklift LicenceDogging LicenceElevated Work Platform LicenceDriver's license and vehicleWe are looking for fitters who are passionate about their work, take pride in their craftsmanship, and are committed to delivering high-quality work.
