Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a Nursing Director to provide strategic leadership and management of our nursing services.
About the Role:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of nursing workforce strategies that drive quality care and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide expert advice to executive team members on nursing practice, standards, and leadership.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing standards and guidelines within our health service.
- Manage change and support team members through effective communication and coaching.
- Expertly manage human resources, financials, and materials to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and write professional documents such as reports, briefs, and procedures.
Requirements:
- A nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution or completion of an approved hospital training program as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate is mandatory.
- Possession of a context-specific postgraduate qualification in nursing is highly desirable.
