Senior Consultant - Sustainable Assets and Building Performance

The role is ideal for a professional with strong foundation in building systems and services or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance. This person will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward a more sustainable and low-carbon future, integrating environmentally sound practices into every stage of their projects.

This includes leading client programs and project delivery, conducting comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance, developing and implementing Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings, delivering NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development, supporting Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors), applying mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration, producing high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and analytical models.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities
