Job Title:

Asset Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will ensure that assets under your jurisdiction are managed to optimal cost, performance, and risk outcomes over their lifecycle. You will leverage your extensive operational experience with these assets to provide technical support, continuous improvement, and assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budget forecasting models.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve challenging faults and issues.
  • Engage with site teams through regular visits and interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive operational experience working with heavy industry fixed plant assets.
  • Reliability Engineering background.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
