Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • You are flexible and willing to work a rotating roster to meet business needs.
  • You have previous experience in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • You possess proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • You are a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate and coach your team members.
  • You prioritize excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure a positive brand image.
  • You are committed to creating a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
