The Customer Activation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the employment prospects of Workskil Australia customers. Reporting to the State Manager, this role will partner with various stakeholders to establish and manage a range of activities that enable customers to meet their annual activity requirements and build capability and motivation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of ongoing work experience activities, taking into consideration the local labour market and skills in demand.
- Conduct WH&S risk assessments and liaise with the Central Legal team to provide instructions and recommendations.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and budgets with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Regional Account Managers and Site Staff to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge of current activity options and develop strategies to obtain mutually beneficial outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- High-level interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of clients, employers, and staff.
- Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of the labour market, suitable local employers, and trends in employment relevant to Workskil Australia's caseload.
- Liaising extensively with various stakeholders to establish a range of activities to enable Workskil Australia's customers to meet their annual activity requirements or build capability and motivation.
- Experience in creating employment pathway opportunities.
- Ability to read reports and use data to identify performance and compliance issues.
- Strong skills in data entry, ability to use the Microsoft Office suite, and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute).
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply corporate and operational policy and procedure work within a quality management system.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Have a good understanding of WHS practices.
- Have a minimum of one year's experience in a management role.
- Have a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Services.
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and have completed three WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.
