Customer Activation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Activation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing innovative, safe, and diverse work-type activities for our customers to enhance their chances of securing sustainable employment across the Transition to Work (TtW) Program in the South West WA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activation plans to communicate activities to stakeholders and commence TtW participants into education options.
- Deliver group-based sessions and trainings to TtW participants, including Great Futures (Career Planning) and Job Search, as required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local employers to meet the labour needs of the region.
- Provide strong administration skills and maintain accurate reports and other information to management as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a management role.
- Minimum of two years' experience in Employment Services.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Hold a valid WWC Check.
- Have a good understanding of WHS practices.
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth and have completed three WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.
