Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced inventory professional to lead our frontline operations in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in line with our national strategy and operational standards.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead frontline inventory operations including stock counts, discrepancy investigations, and put-away processes.
- Coordinate inventory adjustments, material transfers, and disposal reports.
- Champion inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including offshore teams.
- Support SAP inventory transactions and challenge testing for team proficiency.
- Participate in formal stocktakes, audits, and aging staging projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a Safe and Incident Free culture.
Requirements
">- Minimum 2 years' team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong background in industrial warehousing and inventory control.
- Experience with large-scale WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially around Excel.
- Understanding of batch management and integrated management systems.
- Certificate III in Warehouse Operations.
- Forklift Licence.
