Job Overview

The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring inventory excellence, driving operational efficiency and contributing to a high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control.

  • Lead frontline inventory operations including stock counts, discrepancy investigations and put-away processes.
  • Coordinate inventory adjustments, material transfers and disposal reports.
  • Champion inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including engineering and maintenance teams.
  • Support SAP inventory transactions and challenge testing for team proficiency.
  • Participate in formal stocktakes, audits and aging staging projects.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a SaIF (Safe and Incident Free) culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong background in industrial warehousing and inventory control.
  • Experience with large-scale WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially around Excel.
  • Understanding of batch management and integrated management systems.
  • Certificate III in Warehouse Operations.
  • Forklift Licence.
