
Financial Crime Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead the Financial Crime Transformation Program.
The role will involve working with the Group Financial Crime Program to help lead the way in innovative, effective and compliant financial crime risk management. This includes delivering Project Fortify, an enterprise-level program to centrally manage law reform and regulatory expectations governing Financial Crime & External Fraud risk.
Key responsibilities include establishing a project management office for the Financial Crime Strategic Transformation Program, leading the design and delivery of the Financial Crime Optimisation Regulatory Transformation Initiative (Fortify) and Sanctions Uplift Program (SUPA), managing aspects of project delivery, advising on strategic trade-off decisions, influencing key stakeholders, and building a high-performing team.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring demonstrated experience leading programs within the Financial Services industry, leadership skills with experience in mentoring, developing teams, and guiding decision-making at management levels, ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and influence across various levels, experience in managing large, complex programs and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
