Job Title: Risk Management Professional

The role of the Risk Management Professional is a permanent full-time position within our Financial Crime Risk (FCR) team. As a key member of our 2LOD team, you will be responsible for managing the development of clearly documented methodologies and delivering assessments of financial crime risk across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage methodologies to assess financial crime risk at enterprise, customer, product, channel, and jurisdiction levels.
  • Support the delivery of frameworks that capture, assess, and incorporate emerging risks and threats into existing assessments.
  • Facilitate ongoing review and model validation of assessment frameworks to ensure adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver clear frameworks for assessing and managing financial crime typology information to inform risk identification, detection, and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge and skill in managing financial crime risk frameworks, including best practice innovative enterprise risk assessments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial crime governance and/or advisory services at a domestic or international financial institution.
  • Best practice technical expertise in financial crime risk assessments.
