About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Financial Crime Project Governance initiative.

  • Develop and implement effective financial crime risk management strategies
  • Deliver a centralized approach to managing law reform and regulatory expectations for financial crime and external fraud risk
  • Minimize business impact, reduce risk in change, and overhead by delivering a coordinated approach to law reform and heightened regulatory expectations
  • Sustainably embed change through enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Support delivery of strategic outcomes to optimize financial crime and external fraud risk aligned with business objectives

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Coordinating and delivering changes required by law reform to continuously uplift and embed the financial crime risk theme across the enterprise
  • Analyzing opportunities to achieve financial crime strategic outcomes
  • Identifying thematic issues associated with risk themes and raising them with relevant risk officers
