Senior Educator RoleAbout the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will be a team player, collaborating with your peers to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members. This includes having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program.

You will utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
