About the role

Giiguy Gamambi Preschool is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Nambucca Heads, NSW. This is a permanent part-time position that will involve providing high-quality care and education to the children in our preschool.

What you'll be doing

  • Creatively and confidently delivering play-based learning experiences for children aged 3–6
  • Co-developing and implementing teaching strategies for children with high learning support needs.
  • Engaging in the documentation of children's learning, experiences and development
  • Reviewing, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Keenly engaging in team meetings, professional development.

What we're looking for

A Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care

Completed updated Child Protection training & commitment to child safe practices

Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children certifications

You understand the unique needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
