About Goodstart Coffs Harbour

Nestled in a serene residential area close to the CBD, Goodstart Coffs Harbour is an 86-place centre dedicated to nurturing children aged six weeks to six years. Our centre boasts two spacious playgrounds with vibrant vegetable and herb gardens, sandpits, and natural environments that encourage sensory exploration, sustainability, and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, fixed term position until August 2026, with a high likelihood of extension or alternative permanent arrangements at end of contract.
• Bringing joy and creativity to the centre with set hours, ensuring a fun and consistent environment for our little explorers; nurturing and guiding a group of curious and energetic children
• Working set hours between our centre's operating hours of 7am – 5:30pm, ensuring a consistent and engaging environment.
• Enjoy shared programming time of 5 hours with other educators in the Pre-School Room, fostering collaboration and creativity in our learning environment.
• Take a breather in our staff room or find your flow in flexible workspaces during your non-contact time

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
