Customer Service Feedback Specialist

  • The Role:

As a Customer Service Feedback Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients understand the experience they are delivering to their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pose as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience
  • Complete a survey online about the experience
  • Have an eye for detail and a good memory
  • Be reliable, have great communication skills, and access to the internet
  • Availability to complete tasks depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability
  • Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete
  • For over 20 years, we have been helping some of Australia and New Zealand's leading retail brands understand the experience they are delivering to their customers
