Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services and contribute to delivering safe healthcare in our community.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Pharmacy Leadership Team and their interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure efficient and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

They will utilize their supervision and feedback skills, overseeing and guiding the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Provide generalist clinical pharmacy and medication management services via well-established pharmacist rotation programs.
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians to deliver efficient and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.
  • Utilize supervision and feedback skills to oversee and guide the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement.
