Job Overview:

The Consumer Engagement Officer will work collaboratively with volunteers, community groups and staff to enhance service quality and connection. This role follows Northeast Health Wangaratta's Consumer Engagement and Volunteer Frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality and accessibility

  • Contribute to policy and procedure development related to consumer engagement
