Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance training for critical programs that protect the organization and broader financial ecosystem.
  • Manage all first-line of defense compliance processes, including Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Screening, Complaints, and SAR Filing.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of Learning & Development experience with a focus on instructional design and training project management.
  • Strong background in AML, Fraud, SAR Filing, or other Compliance-related areas.
  • Hands-on expertise with eLearning tools and learning management systems.

  • Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering results on tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
