About the Opportunity
  • Maintain plant, equipment, buildings and services to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all chemicals used and adhere to safety standards and best practices.
  • Keep grounds tidy and well-maintained.
  • Identify and implement preventative maintenance requirements, including scheduling and documentation.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrate general hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
  • Possess knowledge of gardening equipment and experience in maintaining grounds.
  • Show evidence of supervisory or coordination experience in maintenance programs.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate.
