Stock Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Manager to oversee the inventory and logistics of our new vehicle sales team.

This is a full-time role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stock management, preferably within the automotive industry. Knowledge of Pentana and Microsoft Excel is also highly desirable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the flow of vehicles from factory order to delivery to customers
  • Maintaining and operating the dealership's inventory system
  • Booking vehicles in and out of stock
  • Sourcing and allocating vehicles, including swaps
  • Generating stock reports and lists
  • Coordinating pre-delivery of new vehicles
  • Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
  • Knowledge of Pentana and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong self-motivation and personal commitment
  • Able to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Well-organized and customer-focused
