We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented meat packaging professional to join our team. As a key member of the meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are prepared and presented to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and reassemble equipment, ensuring it is sanitised and ready for use.
  • Optimise display cases and rotate merchandise to maintain an appealing visual presentation.
  • Operate commercial grinders, wrapping machines, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitise work areas throughout the day, adhering to health code standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines for equipment cleaning and sanitation.
Requirements:
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • No prior experience necessary, but comparable experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindications certificate.
