Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a Front Office or Concierge role.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud system advantageous.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, working independently and confidently.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Australian drivers license.
