Residential Engineering Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires experience in residential housing design, with strong knowledge of Australian standards and building codes. You will be responsible for overseeing high-quality solutions, managing client interactions, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in volume housing or related fields.
  • Expertise in designing low-rise structures, including timber, reinforced concrete, steel, and related designs.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass, Toolkit, Inducta (advantageous), RAPT (advantageous).
