The Role

">

The role provides high-level advice and undertakes complex projects and programs to support the department in grant provision and funding objectives.

">

You will report to the Principal Advisor and liaise with executives and senior management, preparing formal advice through briefings and ministerial correspondence.

">

Your Responsibilities

">

You will support the drafting of Grant Deeds and Memorandums on behalf of the State Government and coordinate reporting and acquittal processes.

">

You will deliver accurate and timely information and advice to the Chief Executive, Minister, Minister's Office, and stakeholders regarding funded projects, grants, and strategic initiatives.

">

You will foster positive relationships between State Government, Local Government, and the construction industry by providing reliable and well-informed advice.

">

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate experience in project management, operational and corporate support, government policies, and procedures.

">

You should have knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

">

You must be able to interpret, review, and implement policies, legislation, and regulations, having excellent written and oral communication skills.

">

You should have problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
