The Administration Officer role is responsible for managing the student life cycle from enrolment to completion. This includes utilizing the Student Management System (SMS) to update students' progress, coordinating with trainers and students on their progress journey, and ensuring a smooth transition from one stage to another.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the student life cycle from enrolment to completion
  • Utilizing the SMS to update students' progress
  • Coordinating with trainers and students on their progress journey
