About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Administrator to join our team in a Tutoring Centre. As the first point of contact, you will provide administrative services to our students and parents.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their role, improving processes and challenging the status quo within a fair culture framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer parent calls to resolve questions and concerns
  • Engage with parents and students face-to-face to resolve issues
  • Day-to-day operations (feedback calls, printing materials, data input, maintaining cleanliness)
  • Coordinate staff communications to ensure smooth systems
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Book students into tutorials and classes, supporting our teaching team with scheduling
  • Opening and closing centre before and after hours

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service/Administration
  • Knowledge of the education industry
  • Commitment to our mission and values
