We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Coordinator.

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, parents, and tutors
    • Provide administrative support to tutors and staff members
    • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed
    • Schedule lessons between students and tutors using our software system
    • Process invoices, reconcile payments, and manage our accounting records
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new clients

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, offering flexibility to accommodate varying schedules. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have high levels of initiative, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our diverse student population.

Requirements:
