- Design and Development: Spearhead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components.
- Collaboration: Work with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects and systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to proactively develop marketing and client engagement skills while fostering a fun and interactive team environment.
