This is an opportunity to work as a skilled electrical project engineer on a defence project.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of electrical designs and prepare project scope to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee procurement processes to guarantee timely delivery and quality of electrical components and materials during the construction phase.
- Implement quality assurance for all electrical systems, conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Monitor project timelines, budget allocations, and resource use to meet project milestones efficiently.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years' experience in construction in Australia, focusing on electrical building services engineering.
- Ability to be familiar with electrical design, procurement, construction processes, and commissioning procedures.
- Skilled in supplier and subcontractor management.
- Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
