Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Higher Education Operations Specialist to join our team in ANZ. This role will focus on delivering our comprehensive suite of academic operations tools to higher education institutions across the region.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through process expertise and system guidance during onboarding projects.
  • Advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer through in-depth conversations.
  • Configure and set up our software to meet specific customer needs.
  • Train customers on effective utilisation of our solutions to achieve maximum value.
  • Identify and address implementation blockers and trends to enhance overall set-up and onboarding experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience working directly with software implementations or within higher education around timetabling or curriculum topics.
  • Knowledge and technical acumen relevant to implementing SaaS products and services.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, high organisational capacity, collaborative attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Empathy, positive attitude, and a desire to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Drive, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
