This is an exciting opportunity for experienced brokers to expand their expertise into Local Government. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Account Managers to join our team, specialising in delivering best-in-class risk transfer solutions for Councils primarily within Victoria.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Council clients, understanding their unique needs, and working with our teams to deliver tailored solutions.

We will rely on you to:

  • Grow your portfolio of Council clients of varying sizes and strategic goals.
  • Develop effective client relationships by understanding their needs and responding proactively as a primary point of contact.
  • Provide timely advice across insurance and mutual products.
  • Identify opportunities for your client portfolio and design servicing solutions.
  • Achieve renewal and new business targets for mutual and insurance products.

What you need to have:

  • At least 3-5 years of general or financial lines insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and strategically plan.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent time management.
  • Full and valid driver's license and own vehicle.
