Financial Operations Manager

About the Finance Role
\The Chief Financial Officer supports the leadership team and directs, controls and administers the financial activities of the organisation. This role is a key member of our executive team and requires a highly skilled finance professional with experience in construction or development.
\Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting;\
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and related systems (Xero & Jobpac); Manage cashflow including borrowings and treasury;\
- Work with the development team on project feasibilities and site selection, developing feasibility studies with detailed financial modelling and analysis;\
- Actively engage with external partners such as auditors, project investors, insurance brokers and banks; and\
- Preparation of statutory accounts and returns, liaising with the auditors.\

Requirements
\- \
- CA or CPA qualified;\
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role;\
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis;\
- Mature, hands-on and excellent interpersonal and communication skills;\
- Strong commercial awareness and demonstrated complex project accounting experience.\
