We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing some of our largest customers' existing accounts, winning new business and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:- Manage key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent business development skills, including negotiation and problem-solving.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Confident working autonomously and within a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Well-versed in stakeholder management, with experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Resilience and competitiveness in a highly competitive market, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen willingness to learn, with an innate ability to connect with new customers and close sales. A genuine passion for listening to customers' needs and providing tailored solutions is essential for success in this role.
