
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in a key account management role. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, site visits, and issue resolution
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute cross-functional sales plans
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
