Leadership Opportunity

We seek a skilled Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality services for individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities.

  • Lead and manage teams to ensure seamless service delivery, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and support staff to tailor services to consumer needs, promoting wellbeing and empowerment.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community, and primary health services, driving collaboration and service improvement.
  • Represent the organization at local and regional network meetings, forums, and events, enhancing reputation and presence in the community.

About You

To be successful, you must:

  • Have experience leading teams, programs, and services in mental health, disability, or community services, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise.
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities that promote positive outcomes.
  • Follow policies and procedures at all times, adhering to standards and protocols.
  • Work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals, embracing diversity and inclusivity.

Requirements

A current minimum P1 qualification is required. Prior experience working in similar roles would be advantageous.
