About the role

Technado Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team. As the IT - Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to the organisation. This full-time position is based in Brisbane, QLD. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge and a passion for customer service.

What you'll be doing

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of helpdesk technicians to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT service delivery team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Develop and implement service level agreements, monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Manage staffing schedules, workload distribution, and shift coverage to maintain optimal support availability.

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met effectively.

Communicate service updates, outages, and resolutions clearly and professionally.

Managed technical resources between IT service desk and IT projects.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact issues.

What we're looking for

Experience in an IT service delivery management role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, MSP experience required.

Strong understanding of IT frameworks and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams

Experience in managing remote or hybrid support teams.
