Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the Personal Property Securities team within our Private International and Commercial Law Section. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in developing policy and legislation related to private international law, bankruptcy, and personal property securities.

Your key responsibilities will include considering the comprehensive statutory review of the system, working closely with stakeholders, and engaging with external parties to ensure effective delivery of results. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, drafting submissions, preparing briefings, and responding to external enquiries and correspondence.
