Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Sea Freight Customer Care Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and prepare tailored offers to meet their unique needs.
  • Process orders from acceptance to shipment completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with operational departments, sales teams, and carriers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain customer data, generating reports to optimize services and drive business growth.
  • Expand existing customer portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and acquire new customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention through high levels of service quality and close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer onboarding, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and controls.
  • Manage interfaces and exchange information with your team and stakeholders to ensure effective shipment management.
  • Prioritize customer complaint management, ensuring consistent delivery against the customer promise.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Care Center and Revenue Care Center to optimize the customer experience.
  • Deliver against financial targets and strategic objectives, undertaking any additional tasks required by management.
