The Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced technician to join our team in Sydney. As an Appliance Repair Specialist, you'll use your expertise to repair appliances and/or air-conditioners efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and thoroughly test the operation of products ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and workshops
  • Complete documentation related to service work and cash transactions
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in PC applications
  • Deliver premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable attitude
