We value the skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and Senior Service Techs to join our teams across Australia.

These roles involve providing professional quality service repairs at customers' homes or in the workshop. The positions offer flexibility through a "work out of home" model, eliminating the need for daily travel to a workshop.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and test products to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through training and manuals
  • Complete all related paperwork and cash collection
  • Manage van stock of spare parts
Experience Required:
  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License preferred; industry experience minimum
  • Strong communication and PC skills
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated with a friendly, approachable attitude
