Intensive Education Liaison Specialist

As an Intensive Education Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support services to young people at risk of disengagement from education.
- Provide proactive case management and transition assistance to students who are struggling in their educational journey.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, educators, and community organisations, to develop and implement effective individual student plans.
- Facilitate the coordination of resources and services to support students' academic and personal goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable youth and families, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, sharing expertise and best practices to achieve positive outcomes.
