Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and achieving individual revenue quotas that directly contribute to the team's overall targets.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities that enhance customer value and contribute to overall sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from our platform, ultimately supporting customer satisfaction, renewals, and increased product adoption.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. They will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and engage with clients at all levels.
