About the Role

The Service Coordinator is a vital team member at FITCare Support Services, ensuring the delivery of quality supports that meet the participant's needs and compliance. Our Service Delivery team are the first point of contact for our participants and their networks, including the Disability Support Workers on their team.

The Coordination Team ensures we have an understanding of our participant's individual needs and work to create innovative experiences and support. Daily tasks will include generating reports and service agreements, data entry and communication with management, support workers, and participants.

This role is full-time (Monday - Friday) with a possible option of permanent part-time and located at our Maroochydore Head Office. Exact hours can be negotiated to suit individual and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate reports and service agreements
  • Data entry and communication with management, support workers, and participants
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS policies and procedures
  • Work with the Service Delivery team to create innovative experiences and support
