Rehabilitation Consultant Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their rehabilitation journey, advocating for their needs, and guiding them towards successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients who require support in navigating the rehabilitation process
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure effective treatment and support
  • Develop and implement graduated return-to-work plans to facilitate successful reintegration into the workforce
  • Manage complex cases, including those involving psychological issues, and coordinate with treating health professionals

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services and supporting clients in achieving their goals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieve successful outcomes
  • Ability to think innovatively and bring new ideas to the table
