About the Role

  • The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating claim activities between key stakeholders, including employers, healthcare providers, and underwriters/risk assessors.

  • They will also be responsible for monitoring client compliance with approved treatment plans and providing information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends.

  • The Case Manager will work closely with the employer and healthcare provider to ensure that job modifications are made and that all parties are updated on medical details and progress.

  • Additionally, they will negotiate cost-effective treatment and rehabilitation options while ensuring that care quality is not compromised.
