This role is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the growth of our team. As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage and lead a team of occupational therapists to provide exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and supervise junior therapists to enhance their skills and experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in a leadership or management capacity, preferably in an allied health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay up-to-date with best practice in occupational therapy.
